Do you provide local support?

Yes. We are Singapore based company. We provide E-mail & Phone Support. On-site support will be subjected to fee.

What happen after 2 year free of subscription?

You can continiue to pay yearly subscription as per agreement.

I do not want subscription system; do you offer one time purchase?

No, we do not offer one time purchase. Our product is sold using subscription model.

I would like to alter some parts of your product (Custom Tailored).

Our engineer is available to help with business process modification, we will however charge for this service depending on complexity.

How much do you charge for maintenance?

If you are with us through subscription model, the fee you are paying already included free maintenance from us. We also perform weekly system upgrade and data back-up.

I want to migrate from my offline system to your cloud system?

If you already have a POS system and would like to migrate your database to our system, all you need to do is to fill the products and customer excel file and import it to our system. For more complex data migration scenario, you can contact us for consultation.
